Every day she's changing

growing

blossoming 

right before my eyes.

It's crazy how one moment, I think my heart is so full that it just can't hold any more and then these girls go and do something that makes it swell two times its size.  

Tulip did that just this week.  It was nothing profound.  In fact, it was quite simple....but to me, it has been the sweetest discovery.

She found her feet.  

And she loves 'em!  I have had such joy just watching her roll around and go cross-eyed at these new things that she is downright obsessed with.

All babies do this.  But why is it that when she grabs those chubby little toes, I am absolutely over the moon?

This girl has certainly stolen my heart....and with it a lot of other things like my free time and sleep.  But knowing her, loving her and growing with her is worth every little sacrifice.  

Sometimes, when I sneak in her room at night just to hold her while she's sleeping, I get teary thinking about how 4 short months ago, we didn't even know this face...this heart.  

She's made our lives busier and fuller than we ever imagined!  Here's to many more sweet discoveries with my Tulip!
