The favorites right now are these. They're a hand-me-down from a most special friend. They're purple and that's pretty much the only qualification necessary to be on Tulip's favorite list. It doesn't matter if they match the outfit or not. She loves 'em and wears them everywhere. Inside....outside...even when they gave her a little blister, she still wanted them on.
Here are the rest.....
I know...it is totally unnecessary, but I justify it because most of them are hand-me-downs or garage sale finds. On the rare occasion that I do buy clothes or shoes for my kids in a store, it must be a very good sale. And just like any good shoe-lover knows, there's a good reason for owning each pair...
day care
her favorite crocs that can go just about anywhere
and a sweet pair of boots that are waiting to be worn this fall with some cute tights that I picked up at a consignment store I love
a new pair...the deal was just too good
the sandals that she almost wore holes through this summer - a sure sign that this girl had plenty of time outdoors
park shoes...some sweet friends gave these to us and because Peach's real name begins with the letter "n", she is convinced that the company makes these especially for her :)
(Grandpa has a pair with an N on them as well, so that makes these even more special)
her "fancy dancies"
Then there's Tulip. Time will tell if she'll be as much of a shoe-lover as her big sis and momma. Maybe she'll have other passions and if she does, that's just fine with me. But for now, I'm in charge of what she wears, so she's got quite the selection as well.
I found all of these at a garage sale down the street for a buck a piece! I love them because the actually stay on this little kicker-bug no matter how fast those feet are flailing.
She's not old enough to have favorites, so I'll show you which ones I'm currently in love with.
Pink, soft and oh-so-adorable on those little pigs. And you better believe that I put her in them every chance I get!
What fun to doll up these little sweeties. I'm loving every minute!
Can anyone say, ”Imelda Marcos." Are we creating a monster here, Krog?! hahahhahahahahahahahaaaa
