good company

It is always refreshing to be in the company of family.  We enjoyed that blessing last weekend as we gathered with Hubby's side of the fam and indulged in a little together time.

Tulip got to meet some family members for the first time.

Peach and the other little ones hadn't seen each other for a while, but picked up right where they left off.  Laughing, smiling, skipping and being totally okay with no where to go and nothing important to tend to.

It does my heart good to see wonderful people loving up my girls.

I want them to know that the bond of family is one that they'll need in life.

We cozied up at Hubby's sister's house for the better part of the day, just talking and laughing and enjoying the kids.

We need more days like these, where we just soak each other in.  But we're all busy and that's good, too.

So we'll take these rare and special opportunities and treasure them because if they were more common, they wouldn't be as cherished.
